1. Service and intended users
Promotoro is a digital loyalty service for businesses and professionals. It includes a manager, promotions, QR codes, customer cards and integrations identified as available.
2. Price and renewal
New signups include a 14-day free trial starting when Stripe confirms the subscription, with a card required and no initial charge. After the trial, the saved card will automatically be charged €29.90 per month plus applicable taxes unless cancelled beforehand. Renewal is monthly until cancelled.
3. Registration and access
Access is created once Stripe confirms signup, including during the free trial. The owner chooses a password in the signup form, can sign in once Stripe confirms the subscription, and is responsible for safeguarding credentials and their team’s use of the service.
4. Cancellation and failed payments
You can cancel in the manager’s billing portal. If you cancel before the 14 free days end, the first charge will not be made. The access end date is shown when cancelling. After the trial, cancelling renewal takes effect at the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated during cancellation. Failed payments or cancellations may suspend access.
5. Use of the service
The business must properly inform its customers, use data and promotions in accordance with the law and avoid fraudulent, unlawful or security-compromising use. Third-party features such as Wallet or Stripe also depend on their terms and availability.
6. Availability and liability
Promotoro will apply reasonable continuity and security measures. Maintenance or provider incidents may occur. No clause limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
