1. Controller and scope
Controller: Promotoro, tax ID Setup pending, with registered address at Setup pending. Processes the data provided to manage business enquiries, subscriptions, billing, access to the service and support. Privacy contact: hola@promotoro.es.
2. Data, purposes and legal basis
We process identification and professional details, business information, billing data, technical activity and communications. The legal bases are performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, consent where applicable and legitimate interest in protecting and improving the service.
Trial signup records
We record signup attempts, errors, Stripe confirmation, activation and billing events to process your request and resolve issues. When you submit the form, we link these records to your email and business. We do not record passwords or card details.
3. Providers and transfers
Stripe processes payments and tax details; hosting, database and email providers supply the necessary infrastructure under their own safeguards and data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention and rights
Contractual and tax data will be retained throughout the relationship and for the applicable statutory periods. You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to the contact provided, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
